Preview/Inspection: Starts Thursday, December 12th – Starting at 8:30 AM

Terms: 13.5% Buyer’s Premium Auction. Cash, Credit Cards. Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express are accepted. 8% Local Sales Tax. All Personal or Company Checks must be pre-approved by Anne Evans prior to sale day, made out to Evans Auctioneers, Inc and accompanied by a current bank letter of guarantee. NO Cashier’s Check will be accepted. Full payment must be made on the day of the auction.

Removal Date: We recommend that all items be removed from the auction site the day of the event. All purchased items must be removed from the sale site by 12 Noon on Thursday, December 19th, 2019. Ownership of any items not removed by this time will revert to the auction company for resale or disposal.

Directions: Traveling Southbound on I-185 towards Ft. Benning, GA, take Exit 3 (St. Mary’s Rd. Exit). Turn right onto St. Mary’s Rd. Go approx. At the first light you get to, turn left onto N. Oakley Drive. Go approx. 0.7 miles and turn left onto Allied Dr. Go approx. 0.2 miles and the sale site will be on the right. Watch for sales signs.
