By Georgia Law, any vehicle that does not have a current valid passing emissions test certificate, CAN NOT and WILL NOT be sold to an INDIVIDUAL living in an emissions county. Vehicle dealers in emissions counties are allowed to purchase ANY vehicle.
DO YOUR RESEARCH. SOME VEHICLES INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION HAVE CURRENT PASSING EMISSIONS AND SOME DO NOT. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BIDDING ON. THIS IS THE BUYER'S RESPONISIBILITY. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS-IS" AND "WHERE-IS". ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No Vehicles Will Be Started After 9:45 AM on Sale Day.
Pickup/Removal Deadline
We recommend that all items be removed from the auction site the day of the event, unless other arrangements are made. All purchased items must be removed from the sale site by Sunday, November 4th by 12:00 PM. Ownership of any items not removed by this time will revert to the Auction Company for resale at a later time.
NO EXCEPTIONS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Payment Terms and Conditions
This is a 13.5% Buyers Premium Auction. Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card & Discover Accepted). All Personal & Company Checks must be made to Evans Auctioneers, Inc. and accompanied by a current bank letter of guarantee. NO Cashier's Checks will be accepted. Full payment must be made on the day of the auction. $50.00 administrative fee for each vehicle purchased .

Take GA Hwy 400 North to Exit 15 (Hwy 20 - Bald Ridge Marina Rd.). Turn left and go back over GA Hwy 400. Stay on Hwy 20 West (towards Canton) for 4 miles. The sale

From I-85 South
Take Exit 115 to GA Hwy 20. Turn right and go approx. 12 miles into Cumming, GA, (you will cross over I-985 & GA Hwy 400). Follow Hwy 20 approx. 4 miles. The sale site is on the left. Watch for auction signs.
